Absolutely no returns/exchanges/cancellations unless at sellers fault such as wrong color, item or font.

All sales are final.

We are not responsible for any order once it is given to the shipping company. ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL

Please be aware that sublimation brightness may vary from the tumbler mockups based on the material on the tumbler surface coating. We use regular sublimation coating, not matte unless requested.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.
